LEED DesignLab is one of those startups that grew out of a desire to create the kind of space that affords us the opportunity to do the kinds of work we love, in a company defined by inclusion and belonging and without creative boundaries.
Our Story
Our origin story started way back in New York City at Queen's college. Allister, Rafi and Adrianna were embracing the NYC experience - making films, creating art, playing in bands and forming a life-long bond around elevating their work. Lifelong friendship, connection and curiosity kept the group intact long after they embarked on the professional careers spanning some of the planet's most notable brands. In 2022, we embraced our newest member Brian Stowe. And the power trio was suddenly a very jazzy quartet. Brian shares our collective mission to do exceptional, meaningful work.
